CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY

All cancellation applications must be submitted in writing to the ISSC2025 Local Organizing Committee via email at issc2025@hotmail.com.
 
Refunds for registration are available until Sunday, August 10th and will be subject to an administration fee of CNY 360 per person for all registration categories. As of Monday, August 11st, no refunds will be provided. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
 
Registrations for the Congress must be paid in full by Monday, August 25th. After this date, registrations that have not been paid in full will be cancelled.
 
Individuals take part in the ISSC 2025 Congress and its events at their own risk and are responsible for their own health and travel insurance arrangements, and ensuring they meet the entry requirements to China, ISSC events and their returning country
