There are a limited number of rooms available at the Congress rate and they are booked on a first come first served basis. The deadline to book your room at the ISSC 2025 rate is Sunday, August 31, 2025. After August 31st, you can contact the hotel directly.

Note: Refunds requested through the hotel's official website prior to one day before your scheduled check-in date are free of charge.
