ISSC 2025 Registration Pre-announcement

Dear Participants,

Thank you for your interest in the 22nd International Ship and Offshore Structures Congress (ISSC 2025). The Congress will be held in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China from September 22nd to 26th, 2025. The conference venue is InterContinental Wuxi. To ensure system reliability, we are currently conducting final tests. The full registration guide will be released by June 10, 2025. Key updates are as follows:

I. Registration Workflow Preview

1. Role-based Registration

Required to bind identity via [Personal Management Account] with non-editable options:
● Official Discusser: The Official Discusser is expected to review the report of the specific committee and to prepare an official discussion on the report including his own views based on his experience and knowledge in the respective field.
● Committee Member: Includes Standing Committee members, Correspondents, Technical Committees’members, and Special Committees’members.
● Observer: Observers are individuals who are qualified by reason of professional responsibility or published work and able to contribute usefully to the discussions at the Congress. Observers are selected and proposed to the Chairman by country representatives (i.e. SC members and correspondents). Observers may participate in all technical and social activities at the Congress.
● Accompanying Person: Committee member and observers can invite up to two accompanying persons to participate in social events and culture tours during the Congress. See below for details on events and tours included in the Accompanying Persons program.

Important Notice:

For all personal account applications involving identity information, automated screening will be conducted based on the committee list to determine the application results. Among them, accompanying personnel must fully provide the attending identity information of the accompanied person to enable the system to complete the screening and confirmation; if necessary, the application will trigger a manual review process by the organizing committee's backstage to further verify the identity of the attending personnel.

2. Digital Services Integration

Single-account access to:

✅ E-invitation issuance

✅ VAT invoice/international receipt application

✅ Direct booking at partner hotels

✅ Statistics of other relevant information

II. Fee Schedule

Notes: Please note that the fee includes conference materials, refreshments, designated meals, and social activities. Attention: Service fees ranging from 3% to 5% are included from the registration fee. Please refer to the official registration notice. Round-trip transportation and accommodation need to be booked by yourself, and the related expenses will be settled separately.

III. Official Accommodation

Privileges:

- Exclusive conference rates (booking link in formal notice), Two corporate rate room types available for selection.

- Deluxe King Bed or Twin Bed Room, Contract Rate: CNY 530 per night, including breakfast for one to two guests.

- Scenic View Room (King Bed or Twin Beds), Contract Rate: CNY 630 per night, including breakfast for one to two guests.

Critical Timeline

-  Role verification appeal window: Within 72 hours post-submission
